I am enjoying a glass of 2007 Rosemount Shiraz right now. Its an Austrailian wine. It was under $15 and I highly recommend it for a nice light red wine.

Im making betty crocker boxed brownies. I usually make from scratch but had a coupon and felt lazy. They do smell good though! And I plan on having some shiraz with it. I love chocolate and wine together! . . .

I am looking for a nice white wine to serve tomorrow with fish. I am going to be making salmon. Maybe something not too dry, but also not to sweet. Probably a chardonnay or a pinot grigio. Any suggestions . . .
